Constitutional objectives
For payment of the whole or such part of the free income and the whole or such part of the capital of the Trust Fund as the Trustees may from time to time consider desirable for such charitable purposes or to such charitable institutions, societies, foundations or funds as the Trustees may in their absolute discretion select and without prejudice to the discretion of the Trustees it is my wish that the Trust Fund be used in supporting individuals and charitable bodies with the primary purpose of the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage, in the Perthshire area,
