Constitutional objectives
the Trustees shall from time to time hold pay or apply or allocate the whole free income of the trust estate and may at any time and from time to time pay or apply the whole or any portion or portions of the capital of the trust estate to or towards or for the benefit or in furtherance of such charitable purposes or such charitable institutions, foundations, bodies or trusts in such manner and in such amounts and proportions and upon such terms and conditions as the trustees may from time to time in their sole and absolute discretion determine and decide declaring:- That without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing trust purposes (hereinafter referred to as lithe primary trust purposes'), the Trustees shall in their selection of particular charitable purposes, institutions, foundations, bodes or trusts take into consideration and pay special regard to the work of (a) Capability Scotland, Westerlea, Eleven Ellersly Road, Edinburgh. (b) The Princess Louise Scottish Hospital (Erskine Hospital), Erskine Home, Bishopton, Renfrewshire. (c) The High School of Glasgow Educational Trust, Six hundred and thirty seven Crow Road, Glasgow. (d) The Fettes Foundation, Fettes College, Carrington Road, Edinburgh. (e) Combat Stress, Tyrwhitt House, Oaklawn, Leatherhead, Surrey. (f) Tenovus Scotland, The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, Two hundred and thirty two Saint Vincent Street, Glasgow. and (g) assistance to the infirm and the disabled. all of and among any of the objects of the trust, all whether in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland or elsewhere. That the Trustees may in pursuance of but subject to the primary trust purposes or anyone or more of them provide or make contributions donations and grants of all kinds or otherwise assist and subsidise any established charitable institution, foundation, body or trust having as or including among its purposes, purposes similar to the primary trust purposes or anyone or more of them
