02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The Charity has been setup to provide riding activities and access to horses for disabled individuals and thanks to a substantial donation this year the Charity is looking to build a Community Hub for the benefit of the local community

Constitutional objectives
2.1 the advancement of public participation in sport, in particular through the creation and operation of a riding school for disabled people. 2.2 to promote the objects of the Riding for the Disabled Association Incorporating Carriage Driving a charity registered in England and Wales under Charity Number 244108 ('RDA') by providing disabled people with the opportunity to ride and/or to carriage drive to benefit their health and well being in Scotland. 2.3 the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational facilities, with the objects of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended (being persons who have need of them by reason of their age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage), in particular by providing a riding school for disabled people. and 2.4 such other similar objects as are charitable.
