The organisation's purposes are: 1.Scottish Rescue Tails principal charitable purposes are the: (i)advancement of education (ii) animal welfare 2.Scottish Rescue Tails aim to fulfil those purposes through the following supporting project objects: (i) By promoting responsible pet ownership (ii) Saving the lifes of stray dogs who are under threat of being destroyed (iii) By taking these dogs into our care where we will provide shelter, veterinary care, neuter and microchipping. (iv) Sourcing new adopted homes for these dogs (v) Providing lifetime backup and support for the dogs (vi) Encourage the public to support responsible pet care and ownership (vii) Promote public awareness in the unwanted dog problem in the UK
