02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
We centre on creating an environment where individuals and families have access to the tool an resources needed to realise their full potential in physical ,mental ,and emotional wellbeing . Through ongoing collaboration, innovative approaches, an a steadfast dedication to our community's wellbeing, we aim to empower everyone to lead balanced, healthy, and fulfilling lives. we achieve this by providing a range of activities within our groups for our Adults, Children n families to benefit from. Our Adult group has activities in the range of Brunch and Board Games , Men's Group, Music Club, Arts and Crafts, Menopause Support and Sound Bowl Meditation. We also through our Sensory Hub provide children and families0-3 and children with additional support needs 0-7 activities, e . g Silly Sensory Song, Messy Play, Book Bug, an we also have drop-in groups.

Constitutional objectives
Beneficiaries 4.1 To advance education and health through a wellbeing centre that aims to deliver healthcare advice and health promotion as well as offering support and providing services to promote physical and emotional wellbeing. 4.2 To advance education and health through a Sensory Hub helping families with babies 0-3 and families with children with Additional Support Needs 0-7. 4.3 The prevention or relief of poverty by collaborating with partnership organisations who provide vital information and develop life skills to cope financially.
