02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Brechin Buccaneers are a user led charity that look to help address the social determinants of health that the area suffers from. To these aims we look to enable and empower the community to be the best it can or wishes to be. This is achieved through a combination of our own projects , partnership work with others and the hosting of other groups , organisations and charities

Constitutional objectives
The Club is a non-profit distributing charity whose principal objective is the advancement of public participation in sport by the provision of coaching and facilities for participating in cricket in accordance with the rules and regulations laid down by the Strathmore and Perthshire Cricket Union and Cricket Scotland, the governing body within the game of cricket and its subsidiaries or such successor entity or entities as become(s) from time to time.
