02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: 1.To provide a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the Midmar area. The hall's users will enjoy a meeting place in which to foster and encourage community spirit and to carry out their activities be they educational, recreational, social or cultural. While such activities shall be primarily for the benefit of residents, they shall be open to people living outside the area. 2. To manage the Midmar Public Hall in furtherance of the above object and to maintain, improve and develop the fabric of the hall and its equipment, internally and externally, including its grounds and car park.
