4.1 To maintain and manage Innellan Village Hall for the behoof of the inhabitants of Innellan in perpetuity. 4.2 To promote recreation, entertainment, and sporting and cultural and historical improvement in Innellan through the provision of hall facilities and rooms and otherwise as may be found expedient.
