02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

Arkaig Community Forest owns two areas of native scottish woodland for the purpose of regenerating these areas and removing non native species. A tree nursery has been developed to supply the necessary tree seedlings. A deer larder has been established to process the red deer culled off the woodland area.
