Constitutional objectives
The organisation's purposes are: 1. To provide advancement of conflict resolution for minority ethnic communities by providing information often in a crisis situation to individuals who are in a situation of escalating conflict and crisis, which is to the detriment of important and fundamental relationships around them by using Mediation as an alternative dispute resolution to these conflicts that they face and/or to find solutions. 2. To provide reconciliation via an alternative dispute resolution for those individuals facing child maintenance issues and contact issues and through finding a better way to manage the conflict via use of the information and resources that we can offer the users by using mediation as a model. 3. To advance human rights support to vulnerable minority ethnic persons such as adolescents, single parents, those with learning support needs by educating them on how Mediation can provide a safe haven for progress in an interactive and informative format via individual intake sessions or through the mediation itself. 4. To advance human rights for individuals to find their own solutions and to manage the conflict in their life to make their relationships more successful through the use of Mediation, using the mediation model to cement their ideas/concerns which can help to open other avenues to a better workable solution. 5. To advance minority ethnic communities by providing training (or via workshops/seminars) and advice in conflict management and mediation services where required within the minority ethnic community which in turn will result in the promotion of equality and diversity amongst minority ethnic communities. 6. To provide informative charity fundraising events by raising an awareness of cultural values and breaking down barriers in celebrating these cultures for social advancement and integration.
