The JMA Trust supports people facing financial, social or physical adversity in Scotland by providing modest but meaningful financial grants.

Constitutional objectives
4 The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: 4.1 to advance health . and 4.2 to advance education. and 4.3 to advance public participation in sport. and 4.4 to relieve unemployment. and 4.5 to promote the prevention or relief of poverty. and 4.6 to relieve those in need by ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. through the delivery of charitable donations, with particular emphasis given to, but not restricted to: Charitable Organisations dedicated to delivering support to current and former cancer patients, their families and carers. Bursaries to students attending College/University studying Mathematics and Statistics related degrees. College/University Hardship funds for students experiencing financial hardship. Grants for school projects Grants to sporting organisations who promote public participation at non-professional level. Grants to individuals, primarily young people aged 15 ? 25 years and organisations which support or provide opportunities for young people to fulfil their potential in cultural, educational and social aspects of their lives including achievement of sustainable long term employment.
