Constitutional objectives
The objective (purpose) of ECHT is to relieve the needs of people resident in Edzell and District and registered with Edzell Health Centre who are disadvantaged by reason of age, physical or mental disability or infirmity and who are unable to use public or other means of transport through the provision of transportation to and from centres of health and medicine.
