Constitutional objectives
The objects of the Panel are to promote access to all public buildings, areas and facilities in the area of Caithness for disabled people, and for the attainment of the foregoing, and if it shall seem necessary or desirable, to promote, assist or oppose proposals for the use or development of public buildings, areas or facilities.
