To relieve those in need within Niger by reason of financial hardship or other disadvantage, and including (without limitation) taking steps to improve access to clean water and/or other essentials. and To advance health within Niger both by supporting the provision of basic healthcare and by working in conjunction with existing healthcare organisation to support the development of healthcare infrastructure.
