The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objectives are to advance education by furnishing young people aged 15-24 with the information and skills necessary to enable them to make informed decisions about their careers and futures, providing young people with a road map outlining the career options available to them and providing them with the necessary tools to enable them to achieve their goals and offering young people the necessary support and encouragement to be the best they can be.
