02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Our organisation exists to advance the cause and values of the Christian faith by offering hope, teaching, fellowship and community service as outlined in the teachings and principles of Jesus and the Bible. Our volunteers run and attend Sunday services and mid-week group meetings for anyone interested in joining with us, and provide donations and voluntary services to other charities serving the people of Edinburgh.

Constitutional objectives
The organisation's purposes are: To advance the Christian religion by:- the provision of religious services, which may include (without limitation) the holding of songs of praise, public worship and the conduct of religious weddings and funeral services. seeking new followers. undertaking missionary and outreach work in the community. other ancillary activities which further the advance of the Christian religion. and To promote similar charitable purposes, objects or institutions in such proportions and manner as the Trustees think fit.
