What the charity exists to do

It was set up to encourage adults and young people aged 16 and over to take part in an activity that is accessible to people of all fitness levels. The club provides opportunities to improve physical fitness and overall wellbeing through being active outdoors, enjoying fresh air and spending time on the water in a supportive and social environment
