What the charity exists to do
Many people are struggling with the impact of modern lighting and digital screens on their health and wellbeing. For those severely affected this can mean exclusion from work and public spaces. LightAware campaigns and advocates for the social and digital inclusion of light and screen sensitive people and a better lighting environment for everyone.

Constitutional objectives
4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 To raise awareness about the effects of artificial lighting on human health and wellbeing. 4.2 To stimulate discussion and investigation into the effects of artificial lighting on human health and wellbeing. 4.3 The promotion of equality and diversity through encouraging provision of access to civic life for those excluded by sensitivity to artificial lighting.
