a) To advance public participation in sport, primarily within the Levenmouth area of Fife through the provision of, and access to recreational facilities, and activities, with such facilities/activities being made available to members of the public at large with the object of improving their conditions of life, and only in relation to recreational facilities or activities which are: (i) primarily intended for persons who have need of them by reason of their age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. and b) To advance advancement of education, primarily within the operating area, in particular promoting the benefits in relation to health and well-being, active recreation and physical activity
