What the charity exists to do

The aim of Stow Community Park is to provide inclusive, stimulating, and accessible multigenerational outdoor facilities within a village public park. It is responsible for inspecting and maintaining the equipment in conjunction with the local council.

Constitutional objectives

4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 Raising public awareness of Stow park. 4.2 Providing a focal point for discussion of issues relating to Stow park. 4.3 Encouraging schools and other groups to use Stow park. 4.4 Improving provision of open air play equipment and other facilities in Stow park in partnership with Scottish Borders Council. Accessible to people of various ages and can be used by both the local community and visitors as a meeting point. 4.5 Increasing accessibility and enjoyment of Stow park for the whole community including those with disabilities, vulnerable and disadvantages groups and individuals. 4.6 Raising funds from internal and external sources to support the above
