The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: 4.1 The advancement of public participation in sport by providing all age groups, and in particular the young people within the local community, the opportunity to participate in boxing. and 4.2 The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended.
