Constitutional objectives

The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 To advance the arts, culture and heritage of the Outer Hebrides of Scotland though: 4.1.1 promotion of the playing of Highland bagpipes to the wider community and, in particular, to foster an appreciation of the Highland pipes in young people. 4.1.2 provision of opportunities for players of all abilities to enter competitions and to perform to the wider community. 4.2 To advance the education of the people of the Outer Hebrides Scotland through provision of tuition to people of all ages in playing the Highland pipes and chanter.
