02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

The charity is set up to encourage choral singing and to commission new music. This is done primarily through our weekly rehearsals with our choir members - now around 150 people - and our twice yearly concerts (one in May and 2 in December). We also regularly commission new music, and perform at other events by invitation. We also hold a residential workshop weekend each year for our singers.
