Constitutional objectives

The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: 4.1 The advancement of education through reducing barriers to education and training opportunities and delivering effective developmental initiatives to improve skills and employability opportunities for minority communities. Facilitate meetings, training and work place opportunities that advance education and engage users within key industry sectors. 4.2 The advancement of citizenship and community development through networking opportunities and building the capacity of individuals to undertake community and civic opportunities. 4.3 The promotion of equality and diversity by delivering a service that focuses upon reducing barriers to participation and engagement. Ensuring the views of service-users are fed into key bodies and at local governmental level, facilitating consultation opportunities and policy level initiatives that reduce inequality and increase diversity. 4.4 The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage, through a free to use service for individuals facing social, health or economic disadvantage.
