02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
we develop and deliver mindfulness training programmes so that educators, social workers, therapists and youth workers etc. can share mindfulness with children and young people. We also work to support the field as a whole, collaborating with various partners to ensure quality and integrity in the charing of mindfulness with young people.

Constitutional objectives
To advance the education and mental health of the public, particularly but not exclusively young people, by increasing the knowledge and practice of mindfulness. This is achieved, primarily but not exclusively, by teaching mindfulness practices directly and indirectly through teacher training.
