02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

Postcode Innovation Trust has a mission to support charities and social enterprises to deliver impactful, innovative and engaging initiatives across Great Britain. The Trust operates three programmes: Social Investment Programme. Social Enterprise Support Programme. and Postcode Dream Fund. Postcode Innovation Trust operates its own society lottery and receives all of its funding from the players of People's Postcode Lottery. As more players join People's Postcode Lottery, more funds are distributed to Postcode Innovation Trust and made available for the Trust to award to good causes.
