What the charity exists to do
To provide support to people on issues relating to ethnic, religious, and cultural minorities, and to provide meeting facilities and offer support to help them in their everyday lives, particularly when English is not their first language. Providing support in form completion etc. ,and accessing grants and benefits.

Constitutional objectives
(a) To support, and educate organisations and individuals on issues relevant to ethnic, religious and cultural minorities. (b) The advancement of education through the provision of training relevant to promoting racial equality, diversity and integration. (c) To promote religious and racial harmony through the provision of information and advice to the general public, relevant organisations and Association members about issues of diversity, discrimination and multiculturalism. (d) To advance citizenship and community development through integrating member groups and individuals into Scottish Society (e) To establish a 'Multicultural Centre' in Dumfries and Galloway to support and implement the above objectives and other relevant cultural activities.
