Constitutional objectives

The organisation's purposes which are to promote, for the benefit of members, without distinction of sex, race, political, religious or other opinions, the advancement of health by.- 4.1 Improving the physical, mental health and wellbeing as a result of members participating in GRASP (Greenock Recovery Alcohol Support Project) opportunities through workshops and training sessions on a range of relevant subjects that will provide people suffering from alcohol addiction with the appropriate skills and techniques they require in order to achieve and sustain recovery. 4.2 Develop and improve GRASP member's skills and confidence through partnership working within other partners and agencies with a strong focus of skill sharing between members and the local community of Inverclyde. 4.3 Addressing inequalities in service provision and enable wider access to services. 4.4 Organising a range of social activities that will contribute to the personal recovery and the general wellbeing of people suffering from alcohol addiction. 4.5 Providing people suffering from alcohol addiction with an opportunity to come together in order to support each other in their journey towards full recovery. 4.6 Providing people suffering from alcohol addiction an opportunity share experiences in the knowledge that together we can help each other to sustain our individual recoveries. 4.7 Encourage community participation, spirit and enterprise in all areas relating to members interests for the benefit of health.
