02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

We promote the use of social impact investment to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of charities by supporting the strategic and resource development of partnering charities enabling them to deliver high quality, person centred, sustainable, cost effective services which address community needs in the short, medium and long term. We engage and support Social Sector organisations as Delivery Partners in designing and delivering services to address challenging social issues. engage Investment Partners to provide the working capital for the service provision. engage Outcome Partners who agree a set of outcomes with the Delivery Partner. When these outcomes are achieved then the Outcome Partner pays for the service allowing the Investment Partners to be repaid. Working with Delivery Partners we: Design and cost a service to address the issue. Secure Investment Partners. Secure the commitment of an appropriate Outcome Partner. Finalise the legal commitment of all parties.

Constitutional objectives

The organisation will promote the effectiveness and efficiency of charities by supporting the strategic and resource development of partnering Charities enabling them to deliver high quality, sustainable, cost effective services which address community needs in the short, medium and long term. The organisation will work with a variety of Charities and will have a particular, but not exclusive, focus on developing partnerships which support the Christian Churches and Para Church organisations, partnering with them to deliver faith based outreach in their communities and helping them to practice their religious beliefs.
