02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The organisation’s purpose is to provide gymnastics to young people and adults by: • Providing classes in the local area • Promoting and maintaining high standards of technical competence and safety in the sport • Promoting fitness and wellbeing within the club which aligns to the Scottish Governments push on young people being more active and participating in sport. The organisation provides classes for children and young adults between the ages of 16 months – 22 years. The club runs out of two centres, allowing gymnasts to attend multiple classes and opening the doors for new members.
