What the charity exists to do
To purchase the area of waste ground within the Square to return it to community use and recreational purposes for thw local community. Initially by loans from members and hopefully grants from local trusts.

Constitutional objectives
To advance community development by providing amenities and facilities for use by the public and to upgrade current open space for community use To provide recreational facilities with the provision of seating, play facilities and garden areas within the open space for use by the community To ensure the protection of the trees within the open space for future generations, and also to ensure that the trees are kept in good order by necessary maintenance.
