Constitutional objectives
1. The promotion of equality and diversity in the UK: Breaking down mental health stigma and discrimination using social contact, awareness-raising activities and engagement events for people with a lived experience of mental ill health, professionals who work with them and their friends, families and carers. 2. The advancement of education in the UK: Improving knowledge and understanding of mental ill health and effective methods of breaking down stigma and discrimination, through workshops, lectures and training in schools, colleges and universities. 3. The advancement of citizenship in the UK: Promotion of civic responsibility to engage with, advocate for and support those with mental ill health. Training and support to promote volunteering, and support volunteers in running their own activities and events.
