1.41 The organisation's purposes are: the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended. 1.42 The charitable purposes for which the SCIO is established are to be furthered by the SCIO providing a community owned village hall for the economic, social, educational, and environmental benefit of the community.
