Constitutional objectives

1.1 The relief of need, suffering, marginalisation, financial hardship, sickness, disability, the effect of physical or psychological wounds or other like conditions through the provision of support, services and assistance to members and former members of all ranks and ratings of the armed forces and emergency services staff to assist in the re-integration of such beneficiaries into the community.
