The organisations purposes are: 5.1 Advance community development, including urban or rural regeneration within the Community. 5.2 Advance knowledge and understanding of the Community about its environmental, cultural, heritage and/or history. 5.3 To promote, establish, operate and/or support other similar schemes and projects of a charitable nature for the benefit of the community within Whitburn, East Whitburn and Redmill (West Lothian) 5.4 To promote for the public benefit the preservation (whether wholly or in part) of buildings and other structures of historic and/or architectural significance located within the Community but such that the company shall do so following principles of sustainable development
