02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
To advance education and extend awareness of, and interest in, all branches of astronomy. To achieve this our activities include viewing sessions, equipment knowledge, talks by professional astronomers, talks given to primary schoolchildren and girl guides, organised trips to observatories and many more.
