02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
We provide accomodation for local and outside organisations at a reasonabe rent, to encourage continuing availability for all members of the community and beyond.

Constitutional objectives
The objects of the Association shall be: a) To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Braemar and environs without distinction of political, religious or other Options, by association with voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the quality of life for the said inhabitants. b) To secure the establishment, maintenance and management of Castleton Hall (hereafter called 'the Centre') for activities promoted by the Association in furtherance of the above objects, or any of them.
