What the charity exists to do

We are an organisation that meets to discuss how we are able to rest, discuss and how we can build various wooden products.

Constitutional objectives

The organisation's purposes are: 4.1. The aims of the Shed are to help its members to maintain their health and wellbeing, make new friends and enjoy working on a range of projects. The members will also assist the community of Arbroath in practical ways where suitable. 4.2. Provide usable Men's Shed specific Health & Safety and Risk Management systems plus training support. 4.3. Represent all Men's Sheds and their members in a fair and unbiased manner. 4.4. Promote Men's health and well being programs within Men's Sheds. 4.5. Encourage Social Inclusion by assisting communities to develop Men's Sheds and foster their self-sustaining capacity. 4.6. Highlight the need for meaningful activities to be available for members within their communities. 4.7. Engage relevant bodies to achieve the purpose and outcomes of the broader Men's Sheds community. 4.8. Promote and develop activities for members within our Community
