Constitutional objectives
The charitable purposes of Friends of Fairmilehead Park are: The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the users of Fairmilehead Park, and The advancement of the environmental protection or improvement of Fairmilehead Park. And in furtherance thereof: a) to liaise with the City of Edinburgh Council in their management of Fairmilehead Park and to assist them in the management of the park as appropriate. b) to undertake other activities that will enhance quality and enjoyment of the park for the local community. c) to encourage local residents to participate in activities in Fairmilehead Park. d) to liaise with other local community groups on matters of common interest
