02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
We are a community based church group who seek to demonstrate the love of Christ through action, in particular hospitality. We run regular community meals where all are welcome. We meet regularly to worship and understand the Bible in the context of a modern society.

Constitutional objectives
The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 the advancement of the Christian faith, in particular through public worship, the preaching of the Bible, the administration of the sacraments, supporting ministries that are apostolic in faith and practice, and encouraging holy living, Christian fellowship and service to others. 4.2 the prevention or relief of poverty by engaging in activities that advance the care, feeding, clothing, shelter, equality and justice of the poor, oppressed and marginalised, particularly in , but not limited to, Largs and the surrounding area. 4.3 the advancement of education, particularly in respect of Biblical principles and ethics.
