02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

We employ a worker(s) who, along with volunteers from local churches, go into schools to run curricular programmes relating to Christian celebrations and the stories in the Christian Bible.They also run ”Scripture Union” groups where children can explore the Christian faith. The worker(s) also work alongside local churches to help run events such as holiday clubs.

Constitutional objectives

The charitable purposes of the organisation shall be: to advance the Christian religion among the young people aged between 4 and 18 years of the North East Fife area (as to the extent of which area the Trustees shall have sole discretion) and in furtherance thereof: to challenge such young persons with the good news of Jesus Christ and to host such groups and events as are necessary, in conjunction with local churches and other Christian organisations where appropriate, to do all things as will properly attain the above stated aim.
