The charity is providing a dedicated facility(ies) to meet the needs of local inhabitants and from surrounding area to be used for the purpose of physical, social, recreation, educational and entertainment which may be required by the inhabitants of the Parish of Mortlach and surrounding area.

Constitutional objectives
The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 To provide a dedicated facility/(ies) to meet the needs of local inhabitants to be used for the purposes of physical, social, recreation, educational and entertainments which may be required by the inhabitants of the parish of Mortlach in the County of Banffshire and its immediate vicinity without distinction of gender or political, religious or other opinions. 4.2 To manage and maintain the said facility/(ies) in line with current legislation.
