4 The association's purposes are: (1 ) To secure the establishment, maintenance and management of a Community Hall in Letham, Perth for the benefit of the residents of the local area. (2) The provision of facilities for education, social welfare and recreation. (3) Improving the quality of life for persons residing in the local community and particularly for those in special need of such facilities by reason of age, youth and other circumstances.
