02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The relief of stress in all of its forms through the teaching of correct breathing delivered on a one to one basis and to groups. The teaching is backed up by use of well researched written material, sound files and courses. Those learning how to breathe correctly are given on going support by the charity in the form of one to one and group sessions.

Constitutional objectives
4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 to relieve persons suffering as a result of incorrect breathing which can give rise to physical, emotional and mental stress, disorder or illness, particularly by the provision for such persons of therapeutic and counselling assistance, workshop and meeting places suitable to their needs. 4.2 the dissemination of information to raise awareness of the importance of good breathing. for the improvement of global, and individual physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. the advancement of respiratory education. the relief of individuals suffering from stress as a result of incorrect breathing. 4.3 to advance education in the cause of limited or incorrect respiratory stress, disorder, or illnesses and in particular to promote research for the benefit of the public.
