02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The trust is established to provide financial assistance to any organisation established for charitable purposes. It is the current intention of the trustees that this shall, in particular, be for the benefit of family and youth services, including encouragement towards work and assistance with disabilities, drink, drug and substance rehabilitation, prisoner release/rehabilitation schemes and for the public benefit.

Constitutional objectives
The Trustees shall hold the trust funds for the provision of financial assistance to any body established for charitable purposes, provided that such purposes ('Purposes') are only as within the meaning of charitable purposes in terms of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 as amended or superseded from time to time, which are also regarded as charitable purposes in relation to the application of the taxes acts from time to time in force.
