02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
To unite and motivate like minded individuals from the BME community into exploring Scotland’s natural landscape. The association will promote, advance and further the following charitable purposes: a) the advancement of health b) the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities c) the promotion of religious or racial harmony d) the advancement of environmental protection or improvement The activities that we provide or have provided include: Hillwalking Bootcamp Weekend Trips Badminton International Trips Duke of Edinburgh Carers group Arts and Crafts Crochet Evidence of these activities can be found on our various social media platforms which can be found on: YouTube – boots and beards Facebook – boots and beards Twitter – boots and beards Instagram – boots and beards Website – www.bootsandbeards.co.uk
