What the charity exists to do
• To reduce isolation and promote friendship within the African community. • To assist African women in accessing appropriate employment, services, and opportunities, and to build their self confidence and self worth through training, seminars, and workshops. • To promote equality, diversity, and inclusion. • To promote cultural, religious, and racial harmony. • To support individuals and families in need, hardship, or disadvantage. • To support women, children, and community development initiatives in Africa.

Constitutional objectives
The organisation's purposes are: 1. To relieve the needs of African women, the promotion of equality, diversity, racial harmony and the advancement of arts & culture and in furtherance of this by. 2. Encouraging, assisting and supporting African women to access employment, education and healthcare of any kind that may be beneficial. 3. Providing workshops and other events promoting African cultures. 4. Supporting African families in Scotland, and 5. Supporting women, children and development in Africa.
