The purposes of the Trust are: (One) to benefit in any way such charitable object or objects in any part of the world as the Trustees shall in their absolute discretion think fit to support or establish. and (Two) to pay funds to any other body fulfilling such purposes Provided that the Trustees shall not pay or apply any of the funds of the Trust in such manner which would prevent the Trust being registered as a recognized charity by the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator, or any statutory successor thereto.
