What the charity exists to do
Principal objectives are to benefit the natural environment, by promoting community development, environmental protection or improvement, and the relief of those in need. This is achieved by advancing environmental protection, habitat restoration, and by assisting in the community development.

Constitutional objectives
7.4 For the purposes of the 2005 Act the following Charitable purposes are (i) particularly relevant and (ii) are the charitable purposes identified as applicable from section 7 of the 2005 Act:- 7.4.1 the advancement of education. 7.4.2 the prevention or relief of poverty. 7.4.3 the advancement of citizenship or community development (including rural or urban regeneration). 7.4.4 the advancement of environmental protection or improvement. 7.4.5 the public participation in sport. 7.4.6 the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended. and 7.4.7 the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage.
