What the charity exists to do

The Everyone Project is committed to offering the eight-week Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC), the version for young people (MBLC-YA), and other related evidence based, mindfulness courses, to people who are not otherwise able to access a mindfulness course. We have a particular focus on delivering courses to marginalised or vulnerable groups, taking an inclusive approach to ensure we address the diversity within UK society.
